The small print, in plain words
A drawing. A few ground rules.
One design, non-exclusive personal use
The intended purchase includes a clean digital drawing and permission for the buyer to enjoy it personally, print it for themselves, and bring it to a tattoo artist to have it tattooed on the buyer. Paying that artist to carry out the tattoo is included in this personal-use permission.
The artist keeps copyright. Designs are non-exclusive: the same drawing may be purchased and worn by other people. A friend code grants the same personal-use permission for the files it unlocks.
What isn’t included
Commercial reproduction, merchandise, branding, resale, redistribution of the digital file and offering the drawing as your own tattoo flash are not included. A tattoo artist receiving the file to tattoo the buyer does not receive permission to sell that design to other clients. Separate written permission is required for commercial use.
What you receive
Each drawing’s page identifies the downloadable file’s pixel dimensions and format where applicable. Uploaded images are oriented correctly and converted to clean PNG files without embedded photo metadata. Public previews are smaller and watermarked. We do not promise that every drawing is suitable for every print size or tattoo placement; discuss the design with your tattoo artist.
Payment and delivery
Purchases are completed and delivered by the external checkout provider. Its checkout shows the final total, applicable taxes and transaction terms. Download recovery is handled by that provider. The prototype’s sample drawings have no live checkout and take no payments.
Consumer rights and launch terms
Applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Seller identity, provider terms, refund/contact arrangements and any required express consent and acknowledgment for immediate digital delivery must be settled before checkout is enabled. This draft does not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule or assume that downloading automatically removes withdrawal rights.
